The biggest mistake I see many small business owners make with their website is neglecting the page that can have a huge impact on how quickly visitors become acquainted with a brand and how long visitors will stick around.

Although each page is important, there are some pages that remain essential to your site's success. When deciding how to optimize these pages, it's important to consider two things: what does the target audience want from these pages, and what action do you want your target audience to take once they are on the page?

The thought of investing in a new website might feel daunting. The time, the money, the effort. It can be a lot.

If you are like me then your new business all started organically. I was off on maternity leave and the creative juices were flowing. Small jobs here and there kept popping up and I was being asked for pricing, how people could pay me, if I had business cards, you know, all the usual information a small business would typically have.
