What does evergreen content mean?
Put simply, it's content that retains relevance, it's not time sensitive and continues to drive traffic long after it is first published.
This means that a person who saw your content as soon as you posted it will find just as much value out of it as a person who saw your content a week later, or a year later, or even a decade later.
How to apply this to your next photoshoot:
Not season/holiday specific
No direct “face-on” shots of team members who may not be with the team for the long run
More details shots of industry tools (technology, magazines, notebooks, etc.)
