Dubsado Workday Intensive

A done-with-you service designed to help you take the next steps with your Dubsado implementation. The 6-hour workday intensive includes:

  • Roadmapping Questionnaire

  • Basic Account Set Up instructions

  • A list of priorities for your Workday Intensive. Then, we will send you a couple of resources to help you get prepared. (This may include questionnaires, information, templates, etc. and will be customized based on the priorities established for the session.)

  • During the session, we’ll meet on Zoom and work together to set up and optimize your Dubsado system (this may include strategizing, screen-share training sessions, as well as independent assignments).

Dubsado Set Up

A done-for-you service where the team fully implements your Dubsado system! You login and your Dubsado will actually have everything ready for you. The set-up includes:

  • We will take a look at your business and make a well-informed assessment on how to use Dubsado to make working with your clients and your team easier and more efficient.

  • 60-90 min Roadmapping Session to map out each of your processes, how they are going to work in Dubsado, and what templates (proposals, emails, schedulers, forms, etc.) we’ll need from you to get the system set up to meet the needs of your business.

  • Once we’ve received all of the necessary information from you, we will build out your Dubsado system to meet the specifications established during the Roadmapping Session. This includes configuring the system, setting up templates, scheduler, proposal, etc.
